How the calculation works
Volume = area × depth/100. Weight = volume × bulk density. The allowance increases volume and weight by the selected percentage.

Enter depth in centimeters and density in kg/m³. Covering 20 m² to 10 cm requires 2 m³ before allowance.
Bulk density varies with material, particle size, and moisture. The default is an example; confirm it with your supplier. The allowance can include compaction if its factor is known.
